Built in 1909 on the site of an earlier church destroyed by fire, it features a Neo-Byzantine architectural style with twin bell towers and a prominent central dome. Dedicated to Saint Nicholas, the patron saint of sailors, it serves as the main Orthodox place of worship in Kotor.
