This is the Jack of Spades from a pack of cards produced by Charles Goodall in 1897 to celebrate Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, 60 years as Queen of Britain and its overseas dominions. The court cards (picture cards) display former monarchs of Britain, along with their names and dates, and this pack was issued without a joker. This Jack is shown as the future George IV of England (1762 - 1830), when he was Prince of Wales. He was the eldest son of George III.
