High Resolution JPEG Picture of Abidjan, Ivory Coast / Côte d'Ivoire: CAISTAB building, government tower on Boulevard Botreau Roussel, houses the Ministry of Agriculture and the Café-Cacao Council - completed in 1984, architects Bernard Nivet, Robert Boy - the building got its name from the now defunct 'Agricultural Production Price Stabilization and Support Fund' (CSSPPA), better known by the diminutive CAISTAB, the state agency responsible for managing the cotton, cocoa and coffee sectors. To right is the Postel 2001 tower, another government building, both are managed by the government real-estate agency the SOGEPIE. To the left La Pyramide, a derelict state owned commercial building.
