Vegetarian summer salad dish

Oven baked cherry tomatoes with; cumin, garlic, thyme, chilli flakes, fresh oregano, lemon and lemon peel and some organic brown sugar. Baked for 20 minutes and served with greek yoghurt with lemon and salt and chilli flakes. Colour, horizontal format with some copy space.
