This is a view of a raging waterfall along the trail leading to Mount Timpanogos in northern Utah. This shot was taken during the height of summer after a very wet winter and spring. The mountains are covered in lush green foliage. The incredible amounts of snow have left behind gushing streams that include dramatic waterfalls like this one. In this shot the waterfalls are in shadow while the surrounding cliffs are lit with sunlight. This shot was taken with a long exposure to illustrate the blurred motion of the falling water.
