Travelling along Highway 332 through Rose Bay village in Lunenburg County just before sunset, we passed two historic churches. On the right, Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, a large Greek Revival building built about 1890. On the left, St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church built about 1897. It is a Gothic Revival building, with a very tall spire, creating quite a contrast with Saint Andrews and its almost non-existent low pyramidal spire.
