The magnificent frescoed vault of the transept, the presbytery and the apse inside the Duomo or Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in the medieval heart of Perugia, in Umbria, central Italy. The Gothic structures were decorated in the 18th century with marbled stucco and fine gilding.
