These are three special cards from a pack of 120 Vietnamese To Tom money playing cards dating from 1900. These special cards are named Ong-Lao (Old Man), Chi-Chi (Half Coin or Half Cash) and Khong-Thang (Zero Strings). The full pack of To Tom consists of 120 cards, four sets of the same 30 cards, with the three special cards each appearing four times in the pack. There are three card suits in a To Tom pack: (myriads) (10,000 coins), (strings) (1000 coins) and (coins) (or cash), single coins. Although made for Vietnam and Indochina, the characters on the cards use an old Chinese script called Chu Nho, a script that modern Chines people cannot read.
